Beehive Installation occurs over two days, with an operational hive after about the third day. On day one your bees and weather-sealed hive will be delivered to your location and the bulk of the bees will be moved into their new home. By nightfall all remaining bees should be migrated inside.

On the second day a beekeeper will return to allow the worker bees to begin the process of freeing the Queen into the hive; that process can take 1-2 days.

At that point the hive should be left alone for at least 10 days to allow the bees to start to draw comb. A beekeeper will return at about 14 days to perform the first hive check. Your first two hive checks are included in the installation package cost.

This will be the last beehive installation date of 2022
